Modest older 2 story frame home, air conditioned, pet & smoke free. Home is quite full of a great variety of glass and china items collected over the years , some inherited family items, gifts from friends in the porcelain painting hobby and purchases over a lifetime.
Basement: Excuse us. May open early. No time to tidy this section. Entrance from outside of house for items in basement as we will not use the stairs. Items are priced and those items not priced we will happily accept offers. Barrister book case (x) , old youth bed 4 poster spindle / possibly twin size, standard 1930s metal bed, spindle mirror for dresser ( by itself ), painted low height 3 drawer dresser, many books, newer golf bag, large old wooden box, holiday decor, vintage glass ball ornaments, cardboard cigar boxes, window & table fan, artist’s easel, chest of drawers, art deco glass ceiling lamp, old stroller, large doll bed,luggage, bowling balls, formica table top, vintage youth billiards table, antique toy barn, match book holder collector albums (empty), picnic basket, few picture frames, picture frame glass, some boxed games, 48 star flag on 12 ft. pole. Dining Room: Large pine dry sink, copper lined. Syracuse china, Haviland, Bavarian, Spode, hand painted porcelain, some plain Corelle. Depression glass, milk glass, collection of cups & saucers, collection of cruets incl. colored pieces, yellow/ amber glass, Fenton, Meakin Ironstone, glass baskets, nice wicker baskets, wooden side chair. ( Family keeping dining room set).
Kitchen: Large stainless steel stand, Revere pots & pans, Corning Ware, Pyrex, enamelware, microwave, assortment of flatware, cookbooks, utensils, rugs, kitchen small drop leaf table, 2 chairs ( paint), crockpot, stainless mixer with accessories, small appliances.

Entry sign up sheet. Numbers passed out according to this list at 9AM. Each person must sign and stay in area and collect number at 9 AM. We may open basement earlier than house after numbers are passed out. Using same numbers for house entry.
