CONTENTS OF ANTIQUE SHOP/BARN SALE
#3890 Rte. 62 N off 394 Kennedy NY
Thur. May 21st. 2 pm-7 pm; Fri. May 22nd., 10 am – 6 pm; Sat. May 23rd. 8 am – 5 pm

The contents of a Falconer Antique Store that has been closed for over 20 years has been moved by family to a barn- the Renaissance Christmas Farm first farm up on the right on Rte. 62. The enormous barn has several thousand items from the shop, from the first floor and part of the second floor of the store which was not open to public. Moving the contents has taken a family member four months. Expect great deals. Ask price or make offer on unpriced items.

Currently there is no lighting except light from many windows and no heat or restroom facilities. The pricing has been done, now and again over two months, wearing a spring jacket, sweater, and winter hat despite outdoor temperatures, as the concrete floors have kept the place cool. So dress appropriately and bringing a small flashlight for examination is a good idea. This will be the first of three separate large antique sales. The next barn sale will be in June or August with the fresh contents of a second building brought to the barn. The family are running the sale and are very motivated to sell.
Second day and third day discounts have not been settled upon at this point.

Safety: Please note that the concrete floors of the barn have deteriorated spots, planking and gently raised ramps have been installed by previous owner for the conversion and for wheel chair use. So there are many up and down levels, so at all times WATCH YOUR STEP. ENTER AT OWN RISK, and FAMILY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS or FALLS. However if you can look at tables of antiques and watch where you walk you should have no problems.

There are many photographs but it doesn’t show everything. Some items may have been moved from where they appear in the photos.
