The home is extremely full and I cannot begin to name everything.

Please be aware that entry may have to be limited or you may have to be patient in a crowded house situation.  I am sure we will have something you can use.

One of the hobbies of the homeowners  was to go shopping at garage sales and household sales and they did not come home empty handed. There is also  new merchandise they ordered often in multiples  and often never used  or even opened.

The home is an older home and furniture is late 1940s thru 1950s. The solid wood furniture  is in nice condition  and clean. The lamps, figurines, and decorator statues in the home bear tribute to their Mediterranean and Catholic heritage. The standard modern  sofa is clean and bright and has always been covered. The kitchen table/chairs are typical formica and chrome. KITCHEN: Cookware, bake ware, plastic kitchen items, new gadgets, large collections of glassware, utensils, knives and silverware, stool, Pyrex coffee pots, microwave,  and coffee mugs.   BATHROOM: full of normal things. LAUNDRY AREA: lotsa stuff. DEN: Shelves  of books, Marine Corp collectible memorabilia,  knick knack  items & subscription magazines on topics like the  USMC, Reminisce; Ideals; military history books. Many small knick knacks, stainless percolator coffee pots, cameras, kitchen overflow; men’s clothing; picture frames, paintings; VHS tapes, cassettes; shelving unit filled with 5 & 10 store patterned  glass bowls and covered jars;  Panasonic video camera + extras; modern hall tree; LIVING RM: Sofa, coffee table & end tables -glass covered (1960’s antiqued); greeting cards;  love seat (X);USMC plaques; lamps; small organ; organ bench, clean and sharp looking old oak office chair; 10 folding chairs. DINING RM: Blond pickled oak dining room suite – table with 6 chairs, leaves, pads, china closet, buffet. A low sideboard glass doors cabinet ( antiqued) ; large china service -pink rose pattern; milk glass, 2  cases of smalls,  Knights  of Columbus ceremonial sword; costume jewelry (unless moved to porch); PORCH: holiday, standard mailing envelopes,  and much misc.; 2nd FLOOR: Two complete bedrooms, chests of drawers, small tables, clocks, linens, bedding; side room with 2 clown figurals; lamps; new USMC souvenir type ball caps; stuffed animals; decorator prints; 1940s upholstered living room chairs; GARAGE: Two car garage filled with hundreds of tools, saw; hardware, parts, and new AS seen on TV boxed items, newer type toys, electrical;  books; Lilja Dairy milk home delivery box.; much more.

SIDE PORCH off garage. Packed full of furniture and misc.. see photos. Just full of items. SHED: contents; 1960s Schwinn bike, garden tools, another bicycle; lawn furniture;  misc. TENT: Bringing down furniture from 2nd floor apartment, Lucy & Desi type kitchen set; chest of drawers; and more. BRINGING UP FROM BASEMENT: many cabinets; chests, metal storage drawer units for tools;  elementary student school desks, and chairs.

We may use side door for entry to both house and garage or have garage people queue by number outside main garage doors. Discount day will be on Friday 30-50% off.
